1. USER INFORMATION
Mushrooms Solutions S.L., from now on the Responsible, is Responsible for the Treatment of the personal data that the Interested one could provide to him through the present Web, of the electronic mail, by telephone, as well as by any other means, and informs to him that these data will be treated of conformity with the arranged thing in the effective regulations of protection of personal data, reason why the following information is facilitated to him about the possible treatments:
The Interested Party guarantees the accuracy and veracity of the personal data provided, exonerating the Responsible from any responsibility in this respect, undertaking to keep them duly updated and to inform the Responsible of any variation that may occur in them.
The products and services offered by the Responsible are not aimed at minors, so if the Interested Party is under 18 years, please do not send us your personal information. If personal information is received from persons under the age of 18, it will be deleted as soon as we become aware of the fact.
The person in charge will process the data for the following purposes, depending on the reason why the interested party provided them:
CONTACT / QUERIES
Purpose of treatment: to respond to and follow up on queries, requests or requests received, as well as to maintain contact with those people who have shown interest in the company, its products or services.
Data conservation criteria: these will be kept for the time necessary to process and respond to the query.

BUDGETS
Purpose of the treatment: the preparation of the budgets requested by the interested parties, their subsequent monitoring, as well as maintaining contact with those people who have shown interest in the company, its products or services.
Data conservation criteria: the data will remain in the system indefinitely as long as the interested party does not request its deletion.
Legitimacy for data processing: the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Responsible to meet the requests received or the consent given by the Stakeholder to provide their data.
HIRING OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS
Purpose of the treatment: the correct provision of the requested services, maintenance of commercial relations between both parties and carrying out administrative tasks (invoicing, collections, etc.), as well as compliance with the legal obligations that all this implies.
Data conservation criteria: these will be kept as long as the contractual or commercial relations between both parties are maintained and their deletion is not requested and, in the event of doing so, for as long as the regulations in force (fiscal, commercial, etc.) provide for the prescription of responsibilities.
Legitimacy for data processing: the legal basis for data processing is the execution and maintenance of contractual relations between both parties, as well as compliance with the legal obligations (tax, commercial, etc.) that all this implies.
SENDING COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
Purpose of the treatment: to send information by any means, postal or electronic, about offers and promotions, events and activities and other advertising information of the Responsible.
Data conservation criteria: they will remain in the system indefinitely until the interested party requests their deletion.
Legitimation for the treatment of data: the sending of commercial information to customers is based on the legitimate interest of the Responsible to send commercial communications about products or services similar to those contracted and thus achieve their loyalty.
The basis for sending commercial communications to non-customers is the explicit consent requested at the time of data collection.
However, in either case, the Interested Party has the right to oppose this treatment, being able to do so by any of the means described in this document.
The withdrawal of said consent will not affect in any case the maintenance of commercial relations, but the processing of data for this purpose carried out previously will not lose its lawfulness due to the fact that the consent has been revoked.
Communication of data: the data will not be communicated to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation or it is necessary for the maintenance and development of relations between both parties or for the provision of services, such as, but not limited to:
- Competent Public Administrations, to comply with the applicable regulations.
- Financial/banking entities, for the management of collections and payments.
- Suppliers of services contracted by the Person Responsible, who will have the condition of person in charge of the treatment.
Rights of the User:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and the limitation or opposition to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the control authority (agpd.es) if it considers that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
How to exercise these rights?
Interested parties may exercise their rights to the protection of personal data by writing to Mushrooms Solutions , S.L. C/ Bebricio 56,5ºC - 26500 Calahorra (La Rioja), indicating the reference "EJERCICIO DERECHOS LOPD" or by e-mail to ainfo@mushrooms-solutions.com, including a photocopy of their ID card or other equivalent identification document and indicating their name and surname, request in which the request is specified, address for notification purposes, date and signature. They may also exercise their rights through legal representation, in which case, in addition to the DNI of the interested party, DNI and document accrediting the representation of the third party must be provided.

That, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the regulations RGPD and LOPD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility and, manifestly, with the principles described in the RGPD and LOPD, by which they are treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that he has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has communicated to them the adequate information so that they can exercise them.
